Our Restoration Process

1. Assessment — we visit, test the water, and check equipment function. Severe algae and debris may need a drain-and-clean; moderate greens we can chemically recover.
2. Debris removal — skim, net, and vacuum-to-waste any settled leaves, dirt, or sediment.
3. Shock & algaecide — calibrated chlorine shock plus targeted algaecide based on algae type (green, mustard, or black).
4. Filter hard — 24–72 hour continuous filtration, with backwash cycles as the filter loads up.
5. Balance & polish — pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and clarifier to bring clarity back.
6. Follow-up visit — recheck chemistry, clean filter, and verify algae is gone — not just hiding.

When a Drain & Clean Makes Sense

If your pool is solid black-green, has heavy sediment you can't see through, or has chemistry so off that adding more product would cost more than a full refill — a drain-and-clean is usually the cheaper, faster path. We'll be straight with you about which approach fits.

What You Can Expect

Most recoveries run 3–7 days. Very severe cases or pools needing a drain can take longer. We'll give you an honest timeline upfront and keep you posted day-by-day.
