Frequently Asked

Pool Service Questions, Answered

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Weekly service is month-to-month. If we're not keeping up with your standards, you can cancel anytime without penalty.

Are chemicals included in the weekly price?

Yes. Every monthly plan includes the standard chemicals we use to balance your pool. Specialty additions (like calcium hardness boost or algaecide spikes) are quoted separately if needed.

What areas do you cover?

Fort Worth, Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, Azle, Benbrook, Granbury, and nearby communities on the west side of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, send us a note — we'll be straight with you.

Can you recover a green pool?

Yes. Most green pools recover to swim-ready clarity within 3–7 days using our shock-and-filter process. Severe cases or pools with heavy sediment may need a drain-and-clean instead; we'll tell you which approach fits before we start.

What day will you service my pool?

Your route day is set when we onboard and stays the same week to week. Most neighborhoods have a fixed day that works with our existing routes.

Do you repair equipment?

Yes — pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation, lights, and pad plumbing. A $95 flat diagnosis fee applies toward the repair if you proceed.

Do you do pool remodels or plaster work?

No. We focus on cleaning, chemistry, and equipment. For replaster, tile replacement, or structural work, we'll refer you to trusted partners.

How fast can you start?

Most new customers are scheduled within a week. Depending on your route and the season, we sometimes start sooner.

What do I need to do before the first visit?

Nothing. We'll walk through the pool and equipment together on day one, note the starting condition, and take it from there.

Do I need to be home for weekly service?

No. Most of our customers are at work during their route day. We just need gate access.
